I go my journey through life under the guidance of Angels and spiritual teachers. I had a meeting with the books of Drunvalo "The Ancient secret of the Flower of Life" and felt a powerful resonance. My main goal is to help people revive the "Body of Light" by remembering Merkaba. After studying at the School of Drunvalo became the official teacher of 2012. We can flow through the harmonious waves from the heart and remember how easy it is to live from your Heart. A little story of my life follows so you could know me better. It is important because we are all leaded to the heart with different incredible ways and maybe be my story will help you to understand yours. 

Since childhood, I've been fascinated by people who is capable to perform miracles. I've always wondered, "How do they do it?"

 I was born in a small town near Moscow. And, like most of the people in that time here until 40 years I lived and wasn’t alive truly. School, family, business—the years flew by, but the desire to understand sacred and invisible remained.

 In 2000 I received Reiki and became a Master to protect myself and my children. That's what I thought about it then, not knowing for what I’ve being prepared. The main test of my life waited for me behind the corner. And when I was in deep pain, between worlds, surviving, Reiki symbols brought me back to life.

 In 2003, fate brought me to Egypt with the Flower of Life group and that trip changed my life. I felt that I received Blessing from the Universe. Since that time I became a self-explorer with the intention of knowing my True Self...

 Since 2005 I have been practicing Jun Yuan Qigong and San Dao, attended spiritual seminars and, a little later, met Katrin Scheinberg's "School of Images." Following the call of my Soul, I was traveling the world: Egypt, China, India, France, Spain, Mexico, and other, of course, amazingly beautiful and sacred places. I met deep and magic people in Russia too. So different and yet so similar. Each one of them I felt as a gift from God. Each of them was like an entire Universe. Each one was a Teacher...

 In 2004 I attended the "Flower of Life" seminar and in the end of 2005 I traveled with a group from Russia to Germany for the "Live in the Heart: Earth and Sky" seminar. Then I met Drunvalo Melhisedek in person.

 Now, looking back, I see my life as a School of Remembrance or as a path to my True Self... Now I can say that only by healing our hearts from the emotional and mental traumas of this and past lives we are able to Shine, opening our Hearts to Love and recognizing the Oneness of All That Is.

 I didn't aspire to be a teacher although it had been predicted for me since childhood. When I learned about the group recruitment for the ATIH "Awakening the Illuminated Heart" teacher's course I had no choice but to go. My Higher Self and my physical body told me I needed to be there. And I laughed when I read the question on the application form: "Have you received permission from your Higher Self to attend the teacher's workshop?" I submitted my application and I found myself in a group with over 120 participants from 36 countries. It was the most magical, transformational workshop I've ever experienced. It took place in May 2012 in Mexico. I went through more than one lifetime there, met many kind souls and returned having acquired not only knowledge and experience but also many friends.

 Now is 2026... Since last year all processes within us and in outer world have accelerated rapidly. The Sun has changed, our planet Earth is changing. Therefore, we are humans and live on Earth at this time. We are naturally changing too. Our Lightbody and the planet's Lightbody are changing as well. Therefore the main question now is how to live in the New World? Despite the external chaos the main thing is to maintain Balance grounded in the heart.

 The main thing is to establish a connection with your heart. The world is images created by Consciousness and Consciousness can change it if it is directly connected to the human heart. And in the heart everything is One. 

It took me a little less than 20 years to realise that. You can help yourself to remember yourself and your abilities much faster by taking part in the "Awakening the Illuminated Heart" seminar. You will learn to "think with your heart and feel with your head" by building a strong connection with your Higher Self. Sometimes this is very difficult to do on your own. The key to living between dimensions is to remain positive and love life even when the outside world seems hopeless.

My name is Katarina Nordmark and I live in the North of Sweden. I have been away from my home for many years, studying and exploring, but 2003 I was called to return to my roots. I went to Sedona in 2011 and attended the Earth, Sky, Heart workshop with Drunvalo. That was the start of an intense and wonderful journey, and in 2013 I became a certified ATIH-teacher. I teach classes in Swedish or English, and I'm also familiar with the Norweighan language.

Hi, I have been following Drunvalo and his teachings since 1995 and it is an honor to be one of his certified teachers. Since I was a child I have been aware of that there are more between heaven and earth than most of us humans usually think. And also that we are here of a purpose. Sofie Chatagnon Osteopath D.O. (Maidstone U.K.) M.A. Counseling Psychology c. with emphasis in Depth Psychology  Sofie Chatagnon originally is from Belgium. She studied Osteopathy at The University of Wales in Maidstone UK. Sofie’s work as an osteopath led her into further exploration of somatic pain and the links between the psyche and the body. In 2010 she moved to California to begin graduate study in Counseling Psychology with emphasis on Depth Psychology at the Pacifica Graduate Institute. I first came across Drunvalo’s information, stories and meditations in 2002. This has been the catalyst for countless experiences and has helped me to remember so many things. I was born and raised in Vancouver Canada. After a year at U.B.C, I became a Medical Laboratory Technologist, married and had two children. When that marriage ended, my kids and I settled in a small town in the Kootenay Mountains of B.C. I had a spontaneous experience of kundalini rising and fell in love with a tiny cactus without understanding why. My spiritual training started when I met a yoga master at a retreat and started to practice the discipline. I met my second husband and we moved to Santa Cruz California to continues our study in an established community here. Years later I studied sufism with an unknown but effective teacher, and then settled into a practice of Zen Bhuddism. In 2011 I saw a picture of the Flower of Life and realized it was that pattern I had recognized in the tiny cactus so many years before. I bought Drunvalo's Flower of Life Books and devoured them with great excitement. When I finished reading "Living in the Heart" I attended my first workshop with Drunvalo in Sedona Arizona. My life changed forever. I quickly took a second workshop followed by the Teacher Training Course in Chapala Mexico in April 2013.
