This 4-hour workshop gathering is EXCLUSIVELY for former attendees of the full 4-day "Awakening the Illuminated heart" workshop. Anyone who has attended this workshop with Drunvalo Melchizedek or any of his certified teachers is welcome to attend this gathering.

Attending a previous "Flower of Life" workshop, or "Earth, Sky Heart" workshop does not qualify one to attend this gathering, only graduates of the full "Awakening The Illuminated Heart" workshop as we will specifically be reviewing that material and that way of activating the Merkaba (from the heart) . After messaging me, I will respond via email with a ZOOM link and donation info.

Perhaps now is the time to tune into your beams of light again, re-connect with your higher self, visit the sacred and tiny space of the heart, open your 3rd eye and do the Merkaba activation meditation and creation process again, discuss programming the Merkaba to be prepared for whatever is unfolding on this wild ride, and to help anchor the heart frequencies on the planet. this is the time we came here for!

This will be an interactive class and along with all the guided meditations and processes, and powerpoint images, you will get to ask questions, be with other attendees, and have conversations together. This class is very valuable for attendees who have not revisited this material in a while and also for some very recent attendees to further clarify the information. about Viola Rose:

I completed my Teacher training with Drunvalo Melchizedek's School Of Remembering in 2011. Since then I have taught about 100 4-day Awakening The Illuminated Heart workshops to over 1000 people.

I am here to be in service to Love, Ascension, opening the heart, all things beautiful and to joyfully play whatever part I can in the process of Spiritual Remembering at this amazing and transitional time.

I am in my mid 50's, and all my life I have been answering the call to go deeper. I have spent my years pursuing truth, clarity, service, musicianship and performance art, healthy living, Reiki, Sound Healing, Aromatherapy, and exploring every path that would bring me to the next level of Heart opening and understanding. In my 20's I spent a lot of time meditating in ashrams in India and have always explored various spiritual traditions and have passion for Metaphysical and Consciousness research. Every turn of the road has brought me insights and precious gifts. I am constantly seeking out new and accessible ways to learn to live fully in our hearts and to connect with the energies of Ascension.

I am a certified Gong Practitioner (through Gong Master Metab Bentons school) a certified Holistic Health coach, a certified teacher for Drunvalo Melchizedek's School of Remembering, a Certified Laughter Yoga teacher, a Musician and Sound Healer.

I love inspiring and supporting people who are ready to shift, whether with their health, nutrition, spiritual landscape or into living more fully from the heart. I am motivated by the fact that millions of people are in real pain and experiencing real challenges in their lives.
