Drunvalo designed this workshop for you to:

1. Awaken the memory within, who you really are.

2. To remember your part of how all things in creation came into exsistence.

3. Find the way to enter higher states of consciousness though the Sacred and Tiny Space of the Heart.

Day 1 - Remembering the Sacred Knowledge

- Setting a sacred and protected space for our gathering with an Opening Angel Ceremony.

- Creation - relationship between Unity and Polarity, Love and Fear.

- How Sacred Geometry, emotion and thought are linked together.

- Remembering the existence of Sacred Space and Tiny Space of the Heart and how they are involved in Ascension.

- Experiencing the heart space with White Tantra Tibetan practice.

- Blissful connection with Divine Mother Earth and Divine Father Sun through Unity Breath Meditation, which is still used by indigenous people all over the world. Like that we awaken the vibration of Holy Trinity - the key that unlocks the Sacred Heart.

- We will balance feminine and masculine energies within by using guided imagery practice from 6000 years old Kabbalah traditions.

Day 2 - Healing Day

- Belief patterns and how they are affecting our well-being and healing.

- 13 Chakra System, Lower Heart Chakra, Upper Heart Chakra and how they are related to Unity and polarity.

- Why Lower Heart Chakra is the Master Healer.

- Why we use sound for healing and how they are related.

- Soung Healing Ceremony where the universal OM sound, together with our human compassion and love will blend to help release suppressed emotional trauma.

- This is beautiful, effortless natural healing that is one of the most cherished highlights of the workshop.

Day 3 - Back into the Heart

- Pyramid Healing Meditation to gradually reach the pure essence hiddden inside of us.

- Dancing in darkness - brings confidence in sensing the fields of energy around and is a joyful preparation for entering the Heart.

- Now you are ready to enter the Sacred Space of the Heart. Here your intention may open your Akashic Records, finding more about your eternal jouney through Life!

- Entering the Tiny Space of the Heart, the most Holy Space in existence. Here you can sense, feel and be with the field of Unity of All Life.

- The difference between creating from duality of the brain vs. creating from the oneness of the Heart. Why creating from the brain always has negative effects.

- Activating the Beams of Light ( BOL) - history, spirital traditions and science.

Day 4 - Merkaba Activation

- On this last day we will integrate everything we have remembered and practiced so far.

- Harmonizing Brain and Heart through unique, fun practice. Alfa brain waves are generated in this union and the "baby born" is the opening of the Third Eye. Then a Halo appears around the head.

- Introducing historical, spiritual and scientific aspects of the Merkaba, what it can do for you here in 3D and how to program it.

- Activating the Merkaba through unity and love within the Heart.

We conclude with a Closing Ceremony, grounding and intergating the experience into daily life.
