We are trilled that after a long time of waiting Drunvalo Melchizedek's new book The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life (Volume 3) - Awakening The Illuminated Heart is finally here! The Kindle version is already avalable on Amazon, and it offers clear, inspired guidance that complements this workshop beautifully.

This long waited work helps illuminate the path for all of us, giving practical insights and support as we explore the Heart, Awaken our Body of Light Merkaba and expant into higher consciousness.

Through the activation of the Light Body, you gently accelerate your spiritual evolution and expand your awareness into higher states of consciousness. You will open your heart as a portal of ascension. From the heart we begin to rise beyond duality and rediscover unity.

During our time together, each practice is designed to support you in re-membering your true self. The wisdom you seek is not outside of you. It lives within your own inner recordings. The Heart is the entrance to this sacred recordings, to your original essence and to your potencial.

Returning to the Heart means returning to your center. From there, the patern of your Light Body can awaken naturally, alowing you to create your life from unity rather than polarity.

The workshop guides you to:

* Awaken the deep memory of who you truly are.

* Remember your connection to all creation.

* Learn how to enter higher states of consciousness through the Sacred Space of the Heart.

Day 1 - Remembering Sacred Knowledge.

We begin by creating a protected and sacred space for our gathering.

We will expolre:

* The relationship Unity and Polarity, Love and Fear.

* The connection between Sacred Geometry, emotion and thought.

* The Sacred Space of the Heart and the Tiny Space within it, and why opening the heart is essential for consious evolution.

Through guided meditations, White Tantra Tibetan prctice, and the Unity Breath Meditation, you will reconnect with Mother Earth and Father Sun and experince the heart as a living space of awareness.

Day 2 - Healing and Integration

This day focuses on healing belief patterns and emotional imprints that shape our lives.

We explore:

* The 13-chakra system, including the Lower and Upper Heart Chakra

* Why the Lower Heart Chakra plays a central role in deep healing.

* The use of sound as a transformative and balancing force.

The Sound Healing Ceremony blends the universal OM vibration with our voices, compassion and intention, supporing the gentle release of suppressed emotions and energetic blockages.

Day 3 - Entering the Tiny Space of the Heart

Through meditation, movement and inner exploration you will be prepared to enter the Sacred Space of your Heart.

Practices include:

* Pyramid/Flower healing meditation.

* Dancing in darkness - a beautiful preparation for entering the heart and bringing confidence in sensing the fields of energy around.

* Exploring the difference between creating from mental duality and creating from the unity of the heart. Why creating from the brain always has negative impacts.

* Beams of Light ( BOL), their history, spiritual tradition, science and of course, activation!

Entering the Tiny Space of the Heart, the most Holy Space in Existence allows you to experience unity consciousness and reconnect with your deeper purpose.

Day 4 - Activation of MerKaBa

On the final day, we integrate all that has been remembered and practiced.

You will explore:

* The connection between brain and heart coherence.

* Historical, spiritual and scientific perspectives of the MerKaBa.

* The activation of the Light Body through unity and love within the Heart.

We conclude with a closing ceremony, grounding and integrationg the experience into daily life.
