Awakening The Illuminated Heart (ATIH) is a workshop which guides you into mastering your physical life on the third dimensional level and prepares you to enter into higher realms of existence. Your Heart is the ascension portal! Having your Light Body - MerKaBa active, automatically accelerates your spiritual growth!

Each unique activity during our time together will help you re-member and go back to yourself opening the recordings that are within you.The Heart is the entrance to these recordings and your own potential to who you truly are!

Going back to the heart is going back to where you belong, to your own center. This is where you can find the Light Codes to activate your MerKaBA and become a conscious creator of your life!

Each day's practices are incredibly deep and profound. The energy of the Heart is gradually built and empowered through the connection betwen Third Eye, Beams Of Light to give birth of your field of Light - Merkaba!

From this moment your living Light Body naturally becomes permanently activated through the Tiny Space of the Heart as per Drunvalo's instructions in 2011.

Just a bit about myself, I have been actively presenting ATIH for 12 years. I stood in front of a group more than a 100 times delighted and excited for the unique gift to present these timeless teachings!

Whenever I close our sacred space at the end of the workshop and see the shift in everyone's eyes, my heart overflows with gratitude to Drunvalo and Great Spirit!

My professional background in Pedagogy and experience as a school and yoga teacher have given me the ability to create a relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels accepted and appreciated.

Additionally my College Degree of Electro-Mechanical studies helps me understand the nature of electromagnetism in depth. This in turn enables me to deliver the curriculum in a simple way so it is understood and practiced.

PREPARATION

One week before the start, I offer a 2-hour class where you are introduced to the ancient teachings and also receive energy cultivating techniques for practice, ensuring you are ready to have the best experience during the workshop.

READING

1. "Living in the Heart" by Drunvalo - a small "gem", which is an easy 2-3 day read and gives an overview of the topics we will be discussing.

2. "The Ancient Secret of The Flowe of Life", volume 1 & 2 - fundamental books for anyone on a spiritual path, though not compulsory for the workshop.
