About the workshop 

Awakening  The Illuminated Heart®, is a workshop which guides you into mastering  your physical life on the third dimensional level and prepares you to  transcend into higher realms of existence. Your Heart is the ascension  portal! Having your Light Body - Merkaba active, automatically  accelerates your spiritual growth!

Each unique activity during our time together will help you to  re-member and go back to yourself, opening the recordings which are  inside of you.  The Heart is the entrance to these recordings, your own  potential and to who you truly are!

Going back to the Heart is going back to where you belong, to your  own center. This is where you can find the Light Codes to activate your  MerKaBa and become your own creator.

Drunvalo’s entire life’s work is contained in the ATIH workshop and  it was presented for the first time in 2011 through The School of  Remembering®.  The four-day experience follows the magical path of the  Heart, which culminates with an absolutely natural Merkaba activation  from the Tiny space in the Heart.

CONTENT FLOW

Before the beginning of our journey, we create a safe and protected  space (as our ancestors used to do when gathering together) with an  Angel

Ceremony, calling upon The Beings of Light to be present with us and help us.

During Day 1 the memory of who you really are (your true self) is  awakened through various guided individual and partner practices that  originate from Tibetan Tantra traditions. You will already start  reconnecting to the feeling of the Heart space, entering into the  recordings of your being.

The second day is a day of healing with the most unique setting -  uniting our unconditional love and guiding this flow of Loving Light to  each participant during the OM Sound Healing Circle. The revelations and  transformations that take place are Divinely beautiful!

The highlight of our third day is the moment when our consciousness  enters the special chambers of the Heart, which the Vedas refer to as  the Sacred and Tiny Space of the Heart. Once upon a time when we were  kids, we used to visit these Sacred Heart places often, always feeling  loved, nurtured and protected. Now we shall leave behind the social  programming and remember what it’s like being a child again. At the end  of the day we activate the Beams of Light, which further develop your  psychic abilities at a very fast rate.

On our last day we use some almost forgotten ancient techniques to  open our Third Eye and connect it to the Heart. Your electromagnetic  fields are rewired and tuned to the new frequency of Ascension. At that  moment you have all you need to become the master of your destiny and  create your future using the power of your Heart.

Each day’s practices are incredibly deep and profound. The energy of  the Heart is gradually built and empowered in order to give birth to  your Body Field of Light - Merkaba - during the final guided meditation!  From this moment your living Light Body naturally becomes permanently  activated through the Heart, following Drunvalo’s instructions in 2011.   We complete our time together with a Closing Ceremony!

My professional background as a preschool teacher gives me the  ability to create a relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels accepted and  appreciated.

Additionally my College Degree of Electro-Mechanical studies helps me  to understand the nature of electromagnetism in depth. This in turn  enables me to deliver the curriculum in a simple way so as to be  understood and practiced.

Everyone is welcome to join, no matter where you are on your  spiritual journey. Drunvalo created the content of the workshop for all  those who feel the need. It is your willingness that make the  remembering possible!  For online events the groups are small (up to 8  participants), optimizing interactive communication with questions,  sharing and discussion. PREPARATION

One week before the start, I offer a 2-hour class where you are  introduced to the ancient teachings and also receive energy cultivating  technique for practice, ensuring you are ready to have the best  experience during the workshop.

READING

1. “Living in the Heart” by Drunvalo - a small “gem”, which is an  easy 2-3 day read and gives an overview of the topics we will be  discussing.

2. “The Ancient Secret of The Flower of Life”, volume 1 & 2 -  a fundamental books for anyone on a spiritual path, though not  compulsory for the workshop.
