Awakening the Illuminated Heart Workshop

Come join us for this life changing workshop surrounded by nature in  world famous Joshua Tree!  The location is rich in natural beauty and  the energy is amazing as there is a lot of quartz and sun here and there  is hiking trail head walking distance from where the event will be  held.

When I first came here, I was amazed by how much Joshua Tree felt  like the energy of the Unity Breath  meditation from Drunvalo.  Here,  there is a lot of natural Earth energy connected to the Sacred Feminine  being met by powerful sunlight which is related to the Sacred Masculine.

The workshop runs from 9am to 6pm each day.  There is a one hour meal  break in the middle of the day as well as a 30 minute mid morning snack  break and a 30 minute mid afternoon snack break each day.

Most people will feel a shift when they activate their Merkaba and  Beams of Light, but when you can actually verify that the Beams and the  Merkaba are active with dowsing rods, it can help new students know how  real these shifts are.

We have a labyrinth on our property for anyone who would like to  learn to walk them and do so after the workshop concludes each day.

I roast fair trade, organic coffee so freshly roasted coffee is included as well as tea.

We are also happy to offer the option of prepared meals.  We offer  vegetarian and vegan meal options but you are also welcome to bring your  own food with you and we can store them in our refrigerator.  There are  local places to eat nearby, but they are best explored after the  workshop day for dinner as we have a lot to cover each day.  A one hour  lunch break, a mid morning 30 minute break and 30 minute afternoon break  give enough time to eat, but not enough to go out to order food, come  back and also eat.  We want everyone to have enough time to eat and  integrate during those breaks, but it’s also important to do so in a  relaxing way.

There is also a fantastic rock shop in town that can be explored after the workshop!

This workshop is experiential in nature and includes information,  meditations and processes as well as two powerful sound healing  sessions.

The core of this event is showing participants how to generate a very  high level of joy within themselves (high levels of alpha brain waves)  and then how to create from that kind of space and energy. How beautiful  is that?

There are so many things that can be created from within this space  of joy and from within the heart, but even being able to create this  level of joy from a meditation alone is significant.  So many times we  chase after external things in order to experience general happiness and  being able to get to an ecstatic level of joy from within while sitting  in meditation is powerful.

This is possible because this unbounded joy is closer to our true  nature than what we allow ourselves to experience most of the time.   Usually we reserve this level of feeling only for the major events in  our lives.

One participant in one of my workshops said that the state he  experienced was similar to when his daughter was born.  Not only that,  we then show you how to create from this space of joy and in doing so  you can create from the heart in unity (only the things you desire)  rather than from the brain in polarity (what you desire followed by what  you don’t desire).

For many this ecstatic energy of creation culminates in the seeing of  a bright light in your inner field of vision, either green or blue to  purple in color.  This is evidence of a very high level of Alpha brain  waves and this is the same light that is sought after by those  practicing Kriya Yoga or Kundalini Yoga but many experience it by the  4th day rather than years or decades of practice.

In the workshop I will show you how once you are in this highly  energized and ecstatic state, you can create from the Tiny Space of the  Heart through imagery and feeling.  This type of creation is very  different from creation through the brain alone.  The brain creates  through polarity and will tend to perpetuate old patterns and  limitations in new creations.  The heart can create from a place of  unity and will enable you to create only what you would like to create  without the polarity of old patterns perpetuating themselves.

This is actually how you created your physical body while in your  mother’s womb.  The original cluster of cells that later became your  body formed itself into a simple heart first and then the body grew out  of that heart only to be brought back into that body.  This shows that  this heart based way of creation is the natural way that has only been  forgotten.

Higher Consciousness and the Truth about Deep Forgiveness

Most of us know that forgiveness is one of the most powerful things  we can do to heal past trauma.  What most of us may be unaware of is  that if we forgive others mentally it might not have any significant  energetic impact on us.  Forgiving others “From the Head Up” can lead us  to think that we have forgiven someone and put it out of our awareness  while little has actually shifted.
