About the workshop
"May you live in interesting times." If you would like a graphic description of what this means you are invited to watch a short video of something called 'Cymatics' - the study of visible sound. Observe how the material creation is directly affected by sound and how, at certain intervals it appears to move into chaos, only to return to a beautiful and continuosly more complex structure or geometry.

Imagine what it would feel like to be one of these tiny particles at this time of chaos. How would you know that you were in the middle of a total restructuring of the reality, and that it would bring a more beautiful experience with it?
This is a metaphor for the world we are living in at present. If all about you is in chaos how do you remain grounded and able to be open and part of life?
